Role:
To provide support to the Board of Directors, Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Credit Union.
Responsibilities include:
Providing confidential administrative clerical support. Preparation of board packets containing meeting agenda, meeting minutes, informational items, letters, documents, and reports. Coordination of meetings, travel plans and lodging arrangements. Serve as a liaison between the CU and community organizations, attend events on behalf of the CU. Oversee the CU employee charitable giving program and donation requests. Responsible for corporate Visa card and bill reconciliation. Ordering of CU supplies, sorting/distributions of mail and/or faxes to appropriate staff members, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred. Excellent organizational and computer skills, Microsoft Office/365. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Work independently and in a team environment. Experience in the handling of confidential material.
